A glamour model famed for her love on Manchester United has vowed to go the extra mile if Denmark beat Wales.

Katrina Maria is a cult figure at Old Trafford, and was once dubbed the Premier League side's "sexiest fan".

But the model, originally from the Faroe Islands, is cheering on Denmark at Euro 2020 as she lives in the Scandinavian country.

They play Wales at 5pm on Saturday in the last-16 of the tournament, which is spread across Europe.

And she says she will reward Denmark's stars with a fresh batch of Instagram pictures if they get the job done.

Katrina, who is known to push Instagram's no-nudity policy, told Daily Star Sport: "That's my plan, more pictures.

"The spirit is really high here in Denmark after the win against Russia, we believe in our players more than ever and we are ready for our next game against Wales."

Katrina has been monitoring Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho.

The Englishman is at the top of her wish-list and plans to visit Old Trafford once restrictions are lifted.

She added: "Sancho is on my wish-list, and I hope he is on United’s as well.

"And I also think it would be funny if Cristiano Ronaldo came back home. Just imagine him and Bruno together."

Denmark play Wales at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Holland.

Wales go into the clash off the back of draw with Switzerland, a heroic win over Turkey and a defeat to one of the tournament's favourites, Italy.

Ahead of the game Wales boss, Rob Page, said: “It is all out now.

“The gloves are off, we are in the knock-out stages. We are fully ready for it now. We are up against a very good outfit.

“They don't half work hard for each other. We are in for a tough challenge.

“We have to match them in every department from physicality and work-rate but we are fully prepared.

“They are going to work, battle, fight for each other and we have to match that.

“We are ready for a battle because it is going to be a battle. This is the highlight and pinnacle of my management career.

“I have managed at League Two and League One level and then went to Nottingham Forest for a short time as assistant when Gary Brazil was caretaker before going into the Wales U21 job and I have now been involved for four years.

“It is a challenge I am enjoying but is a challenge made easier by the group I am working with.

“We know all the nation is behind us too. It is not responsibility, it is an honour to be here to represent Wales like this, there is no added pressure.”
